Okay stay in the area

sitting area comfortable bed busy staff working radiator
I stayed in a beautiful double room. The room included a sitting area with a couch and two armchairs. The super-king bed was comfortable, with quality soft linens (i slept like a baby!).
The staff seemed busy. I thought they could use more support to provide better service. The room was cold with only one radiator working (that was annoying).

The Beautiful suite was beautiful I was told about at check in. The room had a lounge area it felt so luxurious. The bed was comfortable I slept so well.
The cleanliness needs improvement I noticed. Dust was on the mirrored side board I had to clean it myself. I also found paper debris under said side board it was not very pleasant.

Acceptable Stay, but Cleanliness Issues

dusty skirting boards slow service
The staff were friendly and polite .
The room was not as clean as I expected. I saw dust along the skirting boards and what looked like old splatter marks on the radiator, clearly the cleaning was not thorough. The restaurant seemed understaffed because service was slow.
